A beautiful six-voice motet by Juan Navarro (c. 1530-1580), one of the masters (?) of Sebastián de Vivanco and Tomás Luis de Victoria. It is one of the four Marian motets (or antiphons) included in the posthumous printed collection Psalmi, hymn ac Magnificat totius anni (Rome, 1590).
