One of the shortest Masses (it lacks the Credo) in the Liber missarum (1608) by the Spanish composer Sebastián de Vivanco (c. 1551-1622). While the rest of the parts of the Mass is scored for four voices, the last Hosanna in excelsis in the Sanctus is a spectacular masterpiece in itself, as it is scored for eight voices with a canon 4 in 1 (four voices sing the same melody in four different clefs).
